Nicholas Pedriks

A motivated real estate broker who values the trust his clients place in him as he strives to exceed their expectations with an informative approach and calm focus

Nicholas is a life-long West Islander who has the ideal foundation for selling homes. Growing up, he would tour properties and open houses with his dad. He learned about building and renovations, and as an adult, developed keen judgment for value and has become a talented DIYer. While earning a Bachelor’s degree in Economics at Concordia University, Nicholas became an expert in understanding markets; coupled with his interest in real estate, his career aspirations solidified. Within 6 months of graduating, he was working on his broker’s license and establishing the family business.

Nicholas’ first priority when meeting new clients is building trust. He understands that buying or selling a home is an intricate and deeply personal process, and there is a lot at stake. The commitment he feels for his clients drives him to be by their side every step of the way. Clients can count on him to be knowledgeable about the context behind each transaction and about the market opportunities. Whereas a transaction can be emotional for sellers and buyers, Nicholas remains calmly focused with an eye on every detail throughout the process.

Nicholas makes it a point to give back to the community that he's been a part of for so long by supporting organizations like the West Island Women’s Shelter. Happily married to a fellow dedicated real estate broker, also part of a family business, and devoted to his young son, Nicholas finds time outside of work to entertain friends, sail, ski, and curl.
