Andres spent the first half of his career as an entrepreneur owning a small business with 30 employees. He was an Apple computer dealer as well as distributer of 5000 products and machines used in the graphic and printing industry. Even back then he felt the allure of real estate, long before he earned his credentials as a broker in 2001. For 40 years Andres spent most Sundays going to open houses, assessing the pros and cons of property. It has been decades of honing a keen eye for market value, and in the last 21 years as a broker, his ear for people’s needs. What you get is practical real estate guidance which has already benefited thousands of people.
Much like the history of a home, Andres knows that everyone’s circumstances are unique. His advice is given freely and is always heartfelt. He wants every client to be stronger at the end of a transaction, whether the need is for a growing family, or for downsizing to start the next chapter in life, or for transacting commercial space to start new business ventures.
Andres’ passion for connecting people to places has been passed down to the next generation: his son, Nicholas, joined him in 2010, followed by his eldest, Alexander, who made Team Pedriks a true father and sons affair in 2020. He is delighted that they consistently rank in the top 2% nationally, of all Royal LePage real estate brokers. The "boys" represent the fifth generation of Pedriks' working with their fathers. When not working, Andres enjoys outdoor sports and appreciating nature in the Laurentians, near Mont Tremblant. He is grateful for his wonderful wife, their children and grandchildren.
